    The operant word in your post is "deflection".

    Actual religions don't have fixed trade agreements for the 
    purchase of their scriptures.  They don't charge their believers 
    hundreds of thousands of dollars to become enlightened.  They
    don't do false sales advertising to bait-and-switch their 
    prospective customers into becoming "bodies in the shop."

    Big difference.  Truth in advertising is an issue to take up
    with media relating to scieno propa-mershals.
