Re this from Graham Berry: "I have spoken with Robert Cipriano about Robert James Cipriano relinquishing his US citizenship.He was amused, intrigued and assured me it was not him because his name is Robert John Cipriano. He is well, still estranged from Moxon and now committed to serving God and children in need."
