Dear Ms. Goldade and Mr. Hernandez:

I am in receipt of your October 12,2001 letter. In addition, I will bring a few further boxes of documents for you to retain and review before return. We will need to make arrangements for the more efficient review of the many other boxes of documents that I am now assembling. Ordinarily, I would suggest you come here and be set up at the large dining table in the comfortable living area (currently swamped by boxes of theses documents). However, I hesitate to allow anyone openly connected to the scientology cult into whatever security I may still have in my current residence. Perhaps we can discuss this further this afternoon.

I had hoped to have fully completed my interrogatory responses 37-44 by this afternoon. That will not happen although they are over seventy percent complete and will be fully completed no later than this Friday. I will bring a signed and verified version of the current draft with me this afternoon. I had intended spending all day yesterday working on them but it was my mother's 76th birthday and my father's 60th occasion of wishing her happy birthday. Even though they are half way around the world I spent much of the day communicating with them. It was the least I could do when they are so upset and outraged at what scientology and the state bar is doing here. The cult has not left them alone either! The aged, weak, infirm, very young and unborn are all "fair game" to the cult.

In the meantime, I enclose a copy of letter pertaining to my defense of equitable estoppel to the fourth, fifth, seventh and eighth counts of you NIC. In addition, I enclose a copy of other documents that may interest you.

In that regard, I would have thought that the State Bar would now have a strategy for the recovery of its reputation, integrity and objectivity. In other words, doing damage control before it's blind acceptance of the cult's misrepresentations comes back to haunt it further. And the last thing the State Bar should pursue, as part of any damage control, is to further damage me. However, that is a matter for the State baa and it's black sheep cult masters.
