Enclosed you will find a KR from Bill Rhodes, regarding the charge of “Greg, Debra, and Virginia met in October 1998 and decided to start a black pr campaign”. Bill was there that night, and his KR exposes the False accusation. As you know, the primary breakdown of any justice system is that it acts on False, and unsubstantiated reports. This is EXACTLY what is occurring here, and it is an overt of magnitude to declare someone off of documented, as well as witnessed, False Reports. LRH would never allow this to occur, if he was personally handling this cycle, and I hope that you will wear LRH’s hat on this, and realise that per the data series, you have contrary facts. Therefore one or both is a lie. Noone has seemed to consider the idea that I, as well as my husband, Greg, and Debra Barnes, might actually be telling the truth. THIS IS NOT JUSTICE. If justice is to be served, a comm-ev does need to be called and done by an impartial and just body. This whole thing is over an LRH HCOB C/s Series 73RB, which is not being applied,and I simply am applying KSW to get it applied. That is the simplicity. All the reports written on the Interested Parties are a smokescreen, and if we had the opportunity, we could easily substantiate the falsity on every report.
